It’s another football Sunday. It’s supposed to snow tomorrow and the next day and the biting cold has been evidence of that. Today, we put on a fire. Staring into it is a form of meditation. I think about camping or Christmas at my in-laws house (they like a good wood fire). When afternoon hit, the sun came through. It’s been crystal clear today. Nothing but blue skies and piercing light. I was able to capture the sun coming through and set up these different “Slice” portraits.
